Dr. Weber
Owner and medical director
Dr. Weber is a Board Certified Physician equipped with over 15 years of experience in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. She matriculated from an Osteopathic medical school in Pennsylvania in 2004 and completed an allopathic residency in Family Medicine at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago Illinois. Her areas of special interests are integrative medicine functional medicine and Holistic therapies used in conjunction with traditional medicine. At this stage in her career, her primary interests are empowering and educating patients to take control of their health and preventative wellness. Prismatic wellness is the culmination of her experiences in Primary care advocating for the comprehensive treatment of each patient, providing individualized therapies that address patient issues that may fall outside of conventional medicine.
Amber Brickell
Clinic Manager
Amber became interested in medical dermatology after losing sixty pounds her senior year of high school. Even with a proper diet and exercise she still had some problems areas due to skin laxity. Treatments using radio frequency, light therapy and topical serums allowed her to cure some of her biggest insecurities. Her experience from receiving treatments paired with her background in cellular biology allowed her to have the best knowledge of our treatments, products, and therapies.
She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in 2019 from Kent State University with a focus in Molecular/Cellular Biology. She is now furthering her education by attending Ursuline College to become a Nurse Practitioner.
CORRENE KLATIK
ESTHETICIAN
Correne has worked in the aesthetic and skin care industry since 1994 including almost 20 years as a Medical Aesthetician. She has extensive knowledge and experience with anti-aging skin care products and treatments as well as working with medical grade prescription treatment plans. Along with facials, Correne also has experience with peels, acne extractions, dermaplaning, microneedling, waxing, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, and alternative treatments such as Raindrop Therapy. She has always been more interested in holistic, natural methods of skin care and helping her clients to feel pampered and relaxed.
Correne is a wife and mother. Along with family time, she also enjoys hiking and being in nature, cooking, and collecting sea glass.
Erin Lange
massage Therapist
Erin spent her early career as a first grade teacher. She enjoyed nurturing children and assessing their learning needs. After her first child was born, she decided to stay home full time. She remained there for the next 8 years, humbly learning the immense physical, mental, and emotional effort required to care for children, run a household, and balance the needs and wants of all family members. After experiencing anxiety her entire life, and witnessing similar behaviors in her son, she became interested in methods in which to calm the body in order to calm the mind. This is why she entered massage school and began her journey learning how holistic medicines can complement western advances. Serving clients the last few years, she sees similarities to the classroom and home in that each person comes with a unique set of life experiences. This requires a bodywork treatment plan specifically tailored to each individual.
Andrea MilleR
NAIL TECHNICIAN
Andrea grew up in Burton and attended and graduated from Berkshire High School in 2018. After graduation, Andrea went to Brown Aveda Institute in Mentor where she earned her manicuring license. She has been doing nails for almost two years now. She plans to go back to school to become a licensed esthetician. Andrea enjoys shopping, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Monica Zayas
Esthetician
Monica’s love for skincare started when she was a pre-teen and knew it was her calling when she received her first facial treatment in her early twenties, seeing a noticeable improvement in her skin.
Monica’s career as an esthetician started in Los Angeles nearly two decades ago. Within the year of earning her license, she landed a position with world-renowned dermatologist & skincare guru, Dr. Howard Murad, MD at his flagship health spa in Manhattan Beach, California.
Monica quickly gained a repeat clientele, working to help those with serious to minimal skincare concerns, as well as, VIP/celebrity clientele.
After working 7 years at Murad Inclusive Health Spa, Monica started a family and shortly thereafter, moved to her native Ohio where she gained reciprocity as a licensed esthetician.
When she’s not talking about skincare, Monica enjoys practicing yoga, teaching barre classes, sipping on wine with friends, and spending time with her beloved family.
jaiden Proctor
Assistant clincal manager
Jaiden became interested in holistic care early high school when she started developing an interest womens health. She is currently a freshman at Hiram College majoring in nursing with the intent of becoming a Nurse-Midwife who focuses on holistic methods.
Jaiden enjoys golf, traveling, self care and hanging out with her two dogs at home.
